Blizzard Confirms Warcraft, Diablo, and Overwatch News

Since Microsoft showed its intent to acquire gaming publisher Activision Blizzard for almost $70 billion earlier this month, eyes have been on the Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, and Overwatch publisher for announcements. There have been discussions on the possibility of future games being Xbox and PC exclusive, new games being brought out in franchises that have long been thought to be abandoned, and what will be happening with the current sequel games that Blizzard has in the works. To get more news about Safe WoW Gold, you can visit lootwow.com official website.

The upcoming sequel to 2016's hugely popular shooter Overwatch was something many Blizzard fans had been keeping their eye on, alongside the much-awaited Diablo 4. However, after no news on either game for quite some time, they were both announced to be delayed by Blizzard. No new dates were offered on when the games may release, which for many fans was a worrying announcement. Now though, it appears that Blizzard is going to break its silence on the delayed titles.
Posted under an announcement revealing a new survival game being developed by Blizzard, Mike Ybarra, who joined Blizzard in 2019, answered a fan who critiqued the company's decision to promote a new game, without having released its previously announced titles. "Blizzard is a big studio and we have talented and growing teams supporting live games as well," Ybarra said, defending Blizzard decision to reveal a game that is very likely to be still early in its development.

In terms of Overwatch 2, Warcraft, and Diablo 4 news though, Ybarra confirmed that there will be some news on them and that these games have not been left dead in the water. "Over the coming weeks," he said, "you'll be hearing more on that from Warcraft and Overwatch. Diablo will follow. Stay tuned!" What this news will be, and whether it will contain new release date for the delayed games, is still unknown. Although, Blizzard will reportedly be giving more details sooner rather than later, which is a good thing for those who've been waiting patiently for the silence to break.

Ybarra's tweets are not the only attempt by the Blizzard lead at reforming relationships with the fans and players of the publisher's games. With the controversy around harassment in the workplace still swirling around Blizzard, Ybarra released a statement outlining Blizzard's plans for 2022. The statement spoke of rebuilding the trust with employees of the company, and players of its games, reading almost as a New Year's resolution with Blizzard admitting mistakes, while also believing in a brighter future.
