What Is Cardboard?
Cardboard is a type of heavy paper stock. It’s notable for its thick and relatively sturdy consistency, which makes it a favorite for many different types of consumer packaging applications.

Many boxes are made from cardboard, such as the packaging of consumer goods like cereal and beauty products. However, the boxes that most people think of as cardboard boxes, such as the durable brown shipping boxes used to ship all kinds of different products, are actually made from corrugated board.

While cardboard has many advantages and is durable enough for most consumer applications, it’s usually not sufficiently tough for shipping items through the mail or via logistics services. Instead, most shippers use corrugated board for these purposes.

What Is Corrugated Board?
Corrugated board is a multi-layered material created from three layers of kraft paperboard, an extremely thick type of brown cardboard. The two outer layers are thick pieces called liner boards that form the main body of the box. The middle layer is a thinner, fluted piece of reinforced paper that creates air pockets.

The air pockets built into corrugated board give it excellent resistance to impacts and rough handling. Corrugated boxes are used by businesses all over the world to ship goods every day, and they’re among the most cost-effective options for ensuring that goods arrive at their destinations safely.

Corrugated board is also known for its versatility. Many different types of corrugated board are available, with varying strength ratings and thicknesses. A single fiber can be split into many branches to support multiple end users. The strain on the fiber backbone can be greatly decreased through the application. In addition, fiber optic splitter can also be employed in the maintenance of long-haul network, cable TV ATM circuit or local area/metro area network.
Fiber optical splitter, also named fiber optic coupler or beam splitter, is a device that can distribute the optical signal (or power) from one fiber among two or more fibers. Fiber optic splitter is different from WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology. WDM can divide the different wavelength fiber optic light into different channels, but fiber optic splitter divide the light power and send it to different channels.

The Optical Splitters “split” the input optical signal received by it between two optical outputs, simultaneously, in a pre-specified ratio 90:10 or 80:20. The most common type of fiber-optic splitter splits the output evenly, with half the signal going to one leg of the output and half going to the other. It is possible to get splitters that use a different split ratio, putting a larger amount of the signal to one side of the splitter than the other. Splitters are identified with a number that represents the signal division, such as 50/50 if the split is even, or 80/20 if 80% of the signal goes to one side and only 20% to the other.

Some types of the fiber-optic splitter are actually able to work in either direction. This means that if the device is installed in one way, it acts as a splitter and divides the incoming signal into two parts, sending out two separate outputs. If it is installed in reverse, it acts as a coupler, taking two incoming signals and combing them into a single output. Not every fiber-optic splitter can be used this way, but those that can are labeled as reversible or as coupler/splitters.

A managed forex account enables a professional money manager to trade on behalf of the client for a fee. This type of account means the client doesn’t have to make their own trading decisions, which can be particularly beneficial if they don’t have much trading knowledge or expertise.

Characteristics of a managed forex account
There are some key characteristics to a managed forex account that all investors should be aware of. These include:

All managed accounts are designed to relieve the client from making any trading-related decisions.
At most brokerage companies, client funds will be pooled together to enable the money manager to trade from a master account. This is done to enable the manager to trade with a larger volume and generate maximum trading value.
Each clients account is segregated and there is no relationship between the money managers account and the clients’ account.
When a client decides to engage in a managed forex account, they must sign a Limited Power of Attorney Agreement (LPOA) between themselves and the money manager. The LPOA will be provided by the broker.
Although money managers make the trading decisions, clients can disclose the level of risk they wish their money manager to take.
All clients have full control over their funds*. They can deposit or withdraw whenever they wish, without intervention from the money manager (note that some brokers require for all positions to be closed before processing a withdrawal or even ending an LPOA).
A money manager does not have to discuss with the client the trades they are executing.
All managed forex accounts will incur a fee. It varies from broker to broker, but you can expect to pay between 20 to 30 per cent on the profit you receive (it will obviously depend on the manager that you choose).
*Some brokers do not instantly remove funds when a withdrawal request is made and some AMs will place pending orders.  This means there will not always be a way to prevent an issue, other than telling the AM about the planned withdrawal in advance.

Non-genuine gaskets may use the same nominal designations as genuine Alfa Laval gaskets, but their material properties differ.

Don’t be fooled by gaskets that are slightly thicker – thicker is not better. Incorrect thickness causes inaccurate tightening calculations, which may cause leakage and/or deformation and destruction of the complete plate pack. This has been experienced by customers who use non-OEM spare parts.
